Start with your reality.
I want to understand your business before suggesting a tool. When the needs or circumstances change, I adjust the approach with you.
Behind the CallSign
Hey, I’m Matt. I love a good conversation, a creative challenge and helping business owners feel a little less overwhelmed. I’m here to understand what you need, make the complicated parts clearer and help you get time back for what matters to you.

The person behind the work
CallSignHendo connects my military roots with the work I do today. I served in the Army as a Field Artillery Specialist, working as a radar operator and assisting with mortar tube operations. Discipline, adaptability, teamwork and purpose still guide how I work and how I show up for my clients.
I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Florida has been home for most of my adult life. My work in retail leadership, operations, banking and healthcare taught me to look beyond the screen and understand the people and routines a business depends on.
In 2019, I was a receptionist at a barbershop in Denver, Colorado. Listening to customers every day helped me see an opportunity to improve the shop’s website. I asked my boss for the chance to work on it, and that first project gave my creativity a new direction.
I kept learning and taking on new challenges. Today, I bring that same curiosity to websites, creative content, retail systems and ongoing support. What I enjoy most is seeing those improvements make someone’s working day easier.
You’ll work directly with me. I’ll listen, explain the options in plain language and help you choose a practical path that fits your business.
Away from the screen
When I can get away, I love camping with my dogs, Hector, Max and Danny, and fitting in some travel. At home, I’m usually happy with a good sci-fi series. Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica and Stargate are favorites.
I’ve also recently reached an 82-pound weight-loss milestone. I’m proud of that progress and still working toward a healthier, fitter life. It’s a personal reminder that small efforts add up when you keep at them.
The way I work
I want to understand your business before suggesting a tool. When the needs or circumstances change, I adjust the approach with you.
Technology keeps changing, and I keep learning. I explore new approaches, check the details and bring what’s useful into my work.
I’ll explain the options, be clear about the scope and tell you when a specialist or the platform’s support team is the right place to turn.
The next step starts here
I’d like to hear what you enjoy about it, what’s getting in the way and where you could use a hand.
