How it works
A clear plan. Room for good ideas.
Start with a conversation, agree on the scope, then review the work as it takes shape. You do not have to understand every technical detail to make informed decisions.
- 01
Get the full picture
Tell me what you want to improve and what takes too much of your time. I’ll ask about your customers, your current setup and what a better day would look like.
- 02
Choose the right scope
I put together a practical plan with clear deliverables, responsibilities and costs, then confirm it in writing. You know what is included before the work starts.
- 03
Create. Review. Refine
You see the work, give feedback and approve the direction before launch or scheduling.
- 04
Put it to work
We launch, hand off or continue with the support and content plan that fits your business.
No guesswork about the scope
Know what
you are saying yes to.
Your proposal identifies the deliverables, platforms, responsibilities and review process. My work is priced separately from platform subscriptions and approved production expenses.
For ongoing work, we agree on a practical cadence and support boundaries. If the direction or scope changes, we talk about it before adding work.
Good questions
Let's clear
a few things up.
Can I start with just one project?
Yes. We can start with a website, a campaign, a menu or a specific technology problem. If you need ongoing help, we can build a plan around that too.
Do you manage social media as well as create the graphics?
Yes. A social plan can include content planning, graphics, captions, review, scheduling and performance reporting. We agree on the platforms and deliverables before starting. Filming, community management and video production are scoped separately when needed.
Can you help with POS systems and inventory?
Yes. My work can include retail POS setup, product catalogs, barcodes, inventory organization and staff training. The starting point is understanding your current system and how your team uses it.
Will I get to review the work?
Yes. Review and approval are part of the process. We agree on the scope and revision process, then you see the relevant drafts before they go live.
What determines the cost?
The work involved, the deliverables and the level of ongoing support. Your proposal separates my service fees from platform subscriptions and any approved production costs, so you can see what you are paying for.
Do I need to change all the tools I already use?
We start with what you have. If a different tool would make a meaningful difference, I will explain why, what it changes and what it costs before you decide.
Do you use AI in creative work?
When it serves the idea. I combine real business and product references with creative direction, editing and selected AI tools. Any generation budget is agreed in advance, and the finished work is reviewed for accuracy and fit.
How will we communicate?
Start with the inquiry form and choose Email, Text message or Microsoft Teams. Email is the default. If you prefer Teams, I’ll use the email you provide to arrange a meeting after reviewing your inquiry. Written follow-up keeps the scope, decisions and next steps clear.
