Build / Connect the retail experience

A fabric shop depends on accurate product details and a checkout routine the team understands. I organized the retail catalog, configured the POS and online store, and walked staff through the setup using their actual products.

Brand / Make the shop feel like the shop

A photograph of a fabric bolt can become the starting point for a whole campaign. From Stitches Rewards artwork to Heart to Heart emails and imaginative product videos, the creative work keeps the real shop recognizable while giving customers new reasons to explore.

Grow / Keep the pieces moving together

New stock, seasonal promotions and everyday technical questions keep the work evolving. I help coordinate updates and content, review available sales information and maintain the shop’s online presence. The owner has one familiar point of contact across those needs.

Real products / A little imagination

The shop, brought to life.

These social videos begin with real fabric photographs from the store and use AI-assisted animation to show playful creative possibilities.
